Here are a few.  People will commonly smell a fresh cigar/pipe, but there hasn’t been

smoking in the building for nearly 25 years now. People have witnessed an indigenous

male, telling them to leave the sacred grounds. An apparition of a man is seen walking all

over the grounds. Blood stains in a storage area in the attic, cannot be cleaned, or

rather, they reappear; and the lock for this area will not stay locked.
